The holiday home is located 200 meters from three different beaches. A quiet beach called Jezero, surrounded by pine trees and overlooking Biokovo, is recommended for families with small children because it has a shallow and sandy part. A sandy beach called Baywatch is also located near the house, approximately 150 meters away, for all those who love beach fun. In the center of the village there is a beach with restaurants and cafes nearby. The holiday home is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant vacation. In the fenced and private yard there is a swimming pool, barbecue and seating furniture. On the top floor there is a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and islands and Biokovo mountain. Another house with two separate apartments is located next to this one. It has a sea view and a terrace used by the apartments. Each apartment is a separate unit. Also, they have a shared barbecue and seating area in the garden for use.

I don't even know where to begin—our stay at Villa Mia was simply wonderful. We felt at home from the very first moment! Quiet, stylish, very clean, and designed with so much attention to detail. The villa itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The furnishings are tasteful, and the beds are comfortable. The view of the sea and the mountains is simply breathtaking. The outdoor area is lovingly maintained, with a pool for cooling off and seating and lounging options that make it easy to completely forget everyday life. Breakfast on the terrace in the morning, soaking up the sun by the pool or at one of the beautiful nearby beaches during the day, and a glass of wine under the starry sky on the roof terrace in the evening – it was simply perfect. The welcome was also kind and friendly, always unobtrusive and helpful. You can feel that the people here are passionate and offer genuine hospitality. We've rarely experienced such a relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable stay. Villa Mia is definitely recommended.

Very clean, well-appointed, and charming house. Several floors and bathrooms. There were 7 of us, including 3 children, with enough space for everyone. The upper terrace enjoys a picturesque view of the village and the sea. The ground-level terrace is sheltered from the sun and has a fireplace for lovely barbecue evenings. The pool is clean and pleasant. The house is close to several beaches and the center in 5 minutes. Quiet neighborhood. The owners, Jaka and Vinko, are very attentive. You will be welcomed with a smile, kindness, and excellent brandy and olive oil produced by themselves. We recommend without hesitation to any tourist wishing to be welcomed with respect and in contact with real Dalmatians who will share beautiful stories with you.

We highly recommend staying here. The hosts are wonderful, very caring and friendly. They welcomed us with a glass of homemade liqueur and, during our stay, treated us to local grilled fish and their own red wine (you can buy delicious fish directly from a fisherman friend). Communication in Polish is easy. The apartment is clean, cool, and has a very comfortable bed. There are two restrooms (one of which is a toilet). The kitchen is well-equipped. There's a shaded area next to the building for leaving and rinsing your SUP board. The apartment has a private parking space a few dozen meters away, but there's also a parking space right by the entrance for parking and unloading luggage. Quite close to the Jezero beach, which we highly recommend in the area. Close to a winery, church, restaurant, Studenca, and bakery. We will gladly return there, for the first time we did not want to go home so much after a holiday while being in this place.
