Payment and terms

Reservations are confirmed by payment in advance, which amounts to 20% of the total. The rest will be paid on the last day of stay in the apartment. Arrival time is after 12 noon on the day of reservation. Departure is 9 am until the last day of the reservation. The prices include tourist tax, weekly change of bed linen, towels and dish cloths, cleaning and water and electricity.

Residential tax is included in price.
