Our stone villa, surrounded by a large garden of 2,000 m2 planted with Mediterranean plants, is located in Sutivan, a quiet and picturesque place on the coast of the island of Brac, 10 km away from the ferry port in Supetar. The villa is located next to the sea, so it offers unobstructed views of the sea and Split with its surroundings. The Sutivan area where the villa is located is known for its pebbly and sandy beaches, and the villa is located in a quiet and quiet neighborhood of residential villas. The first stone beach is located 20 m in front of the house, while the other beaches are 150-200m away.
