The beach is sandy, one part fine sand, free, there are various activities for young people and children and restaurants. Nightlife: walking along the sea, music in restaurants or on the waterfront, for children an amusement park and train "Tomica and Friends", 3km Biograd na Moru for even more fun or 26km Zadar. From Filip i Jakov there is the possibility of a one-day trip to the Kornati Islands, Krka Waterfalls, Vrana Lake, the old town of Zadar, Fun Park in Biograd and even Plitvice Lakes, etc. You don't need a car to stay and relax here, everything can be done on foot. You can come by bus directly to the house or by plane to the airport Zemunik near Zadar (25km). If our owner is not there then usually the guests are alone in the house

The location is excellent, everything is at hand. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. The apartments are very clean and spacious, the terrace is very large. I recommend everyone to stay with them, because you will not regret it and the prices are very affordable. So we will go to them again next year. Kudos to the owners.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment, which is only a 3-minute walk from the beach. The location couldn't be better! The apartment is superbly equipped and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. The apartment is also great for families and children. This apartment also has a lovely balcony where you can relax in the evenings. There are also numerous restaurants in the area, all of which are within easy walking distance. The proximity to beautiful towns in the area also enhanced our stay. We went on many excursions and explored the area. Overall, I can highly recommend this apartment and we would come back anytime. A perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday!

We were here for 6 days and we had a great time. The host is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very spacious, clean and also suitable for small children. The kids had a great time and would have stayed longer if possible. We will definitely be back next year.

Just like last year, we spent a wonderful vacation here in July. The apartment is simply excellent, neat and clean, nothing is missing and the location is great because everything is within reach, so you don't need a car. You feel at home all the time and the car is safely parked in the yard. The owners are super friendly, always ready to help, they welcomed us very warmly and treated us to welcome drinks. What I would like to emphasize is that at a time when everything is very expensive and the prices of other apartments are very high during the season, the price of renting an apartment in Jurcevic is very reasonable, so that with them you get everything, a good price, friendly owners and an apartment at the same level Thanks again mr. The host is very kind and helpful. You can contact him via messages, calls, he answers immediately. The location is great. A few minutes' walk to the center and the beach. Close to a bakery, pharmacy and shopping center for basic necessities. The apartment is impeccable!!! We definitely recommend it

We stayed for a week in a beautiful apartment, which is clean, spacious, well-kept, comfortable to sleep outside, a great terrace. Kitchen superb large fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven lots of cookware. Very friendly and caring host. Everything is close to shops, bakeries, bars, restaurants, ice cream, beaches. The parking area is covered with a protective covering from the sun.

We recently spent a wonderful vacation with our family at the Jurčević apartment. Considering that we have been to many places on the Adriatic coast, I must admit that we really had the best time here. Compliments, the apartment is beautifully decorated and clean, the rooms are beautiful, equipped with a large wardrobe so that you can store all your clothes neatly, the kitchen and bathroom are super modernly equipped with everything you need, a large living room and a terrace,... basically you feel like at home. The apartment is in a super quiet location, everything is within reach, beach, shop, bakery, market, pharmacy and the best ice cream, really great. What is very commendable is that the object descriptions, pictures, equipment and location on the ad are accurate, truly described and shown The owners, Mrs. and Mr. Jurčević are super friendly hosts and ready to help.
