Mobile Home Lukrecija is located in Sveti Filip i Jakov, in an excellent location just a few steps from the sea, with a beautiful view of the sea and a Mediterranean atmosphere that invites you to relax. It is ideal for couples, families and anyone who wants a beach holiday and unforgettable sunsets. The house can accommodate up to 4+2 people and has two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, an air-conditioned living room and a spacious covered terrace with a sea view. Guests have access to WiFi, a charcoal grill, a mini fridge on the terrace and a parking space. In the pre-season and post-season (exclusively until 15.6. and from 15.9.) a private jacuzzi is also available. The sea and the beach are just a few minutes' walk away, and nearby are restaurants, cafes, promenades and numerous attractions of the Zadar region. For longer stays, we approve more favorable prices.

To reserve an appointment, it is necessary to pay an advance payment of 230e. The rest of the amount is paid before arrival. The damage deposit is 170e. We issue an invoice. Check in is from 3 pm and check out until 10 am.
Residential tax is included in price.For cancellations made 60 or more days before the date, we will refund the full amount. For cancellations made 30-59 days before the date, we will refund 50% of the amount.
