This was our first vacation in Croatia. It was difficult to find accommodation at the last minute, but we managed to do it here. We were a little apprehensive, having only booked it blindly, but the communication from the start was so good that we felt at ease. Upon arrival, the friendly owner greeted us, showed us our room, and we completed the formalities. During our stay, she was constantly available via email and other means, allowing us to ask for help with any problems. We communicated easily in English, and if someone struggled, we could use email/translator. The apartment itself was adequate for the price. The room wasn't the newest, but the beds were quite comfortable, everything was relatively clean, towels were provided, and a small kitchen fully equipped—everything you need. It was warm on arrival, but after it cooled down later, the air conditioning was fine. We sometimes used it when we went out and returned to a cool apartment. Using the air conditioning while staying with children can easily make them sick, and we wanted to avoid that, as we always do. The owners didn't point this out to us, even though the rules prohibited using the pool after leaving, but I think they've maintained a compromise, and they don't hold it against us and understand it, just as we tried to respect the compromise in using it. All the inconveniences are compensated by the sea view from the top floor and the terrace, where my wife and I spent evenings listening to the atmospheric sound of cicadas – a wonderful experience :) The area is nice, a bit steep to the apartment, but that didn't bother us, the kids sometimes a bit. The beach is about 10-12 minutes at a leisurely pace. Everything is available nearby: an uncrowded beach, both sandy and rocky, clear water, delicious ice cream, a wide selection of restaurants, both cheap and expensive, a promenade for evening walks, no large crowds, cruises to the Kornati islands, and good local produce recommended by the owners. In the evenings it was peaceful and quiet, and if someone wanted to go out in the city during our stay there was a harvest festival, a concert, a fireworks show, so we really experienced everything ;) At the beginning of the stay there was a nice welcome in the form of a cold beer and sweets for the kids, and at the end a nice farewell with a gift for us, for which I am very grateful, the whole family has already tried it :) To the owners - we felt very welcome

The appartment no.5. at the top of the building was our destination in 2019, 2020 and 2022. Apsolutelly beautiful view at the sea side. Comfortable accomodation, a spacious terace, very useful used space. Hosts dear and wished to help. Thanks. Due to the other obligations, we didn't visit this year in 2023, but, for the future, we're thinking to return it again.
