Mobile home San Antonio is located in a smaller camp surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, which is located on the pebble and sandy beach of Iza Banja, suitable for families with small children for a gradual entry into the sea. Mobile home San Antonio consists of 3 bedrooms: 1 room with a double bed and 2 rooms with two beds, bathroom with shower and toilet, living room with fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs and corner furniture, refrigerator with freezer , microwave oven, kettle, dishes and cutlery, coffee maker, TV, satellite dish and air conditioning. The terrace is equipped with a table and 6 chairs, corner furniture and a gas grill. The price includes bed linen, towels (twice a week) and parking for up to two vehicles.

Payment and terms
When reserving accommodation, it is necessary to pay an advance of 30%. The rest of the amount is paid 30 days before arrival. Arrival time is from 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, and departure time is until 10:00 a.m. The price does not include the tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person/day and the final cleaning, which is charged at 60 euros. The following do not pay the tourist tax: - children up to twelve years of age - persons with a physical disability of 70% or more and one companion with a certificate of disability. Children from 12 to 18 years of age pay the tourist tax reduced by 50%.
Residential tax is not included in price.

The camp is 250m from the center of the town, which is connected to it by a newly built promenade by the sea. Sveti Filip i Jakov is an attractive tourist spot on the Zadar Riviera, about 3 km north of Biograd na Moru and about 20 km south of Zadar. Opposite Sv. Filip i Jakov is the island of Pašman. In addition, there are several small islands in this narrow channel, which have a nice view from the mainland and can be used as a destination for charter boats. The old and authentic Dalmatian waterfront with taverns stretches through the place, as well as all other tourist services - shops, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, ATMs, pharmacy, post office, boat rental.
