Villa Maris is located in Sveti Petar between Zadar and Biograd. It provides ideal conditions for a quiet and relaxing holiday away from the crowds. The apartments are located in the second row to the sea 100 meters from the beach. The facility offers 3 apartments and 4 studio apartments for independent living. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. Free WI-FI, air conditioning, private parking, garden with barbecue and pool give the complete content of our facility. If you want to be in the center of entertainment, there are Fun Park Mirnovec in Biograd na Moru (11 km) and the city of Zadar (18 km) which is full of historical attractions.

Arrival time is from 15:00 to 16:00 (possibility of agreement) and departure time from 10:00 to 11:00. Reservations on mobile phone or e-mail. The advance payment is paid in the amount of 2 nights when booking, the rest by arrangement. The apartment is considered reserved with an advance payment.

Great

My boyfriend and I were here in June 2023 and it was great. Quiet location, beautiful apartment, neat surroundings, beach very close, because it was before the season we were alone on the beach, we were also the only guests in the house. Mrs. Jelena, who welcomed us, is a great woman, very kind. I recommend

Nice accommodation

New villa, room clean and fragrant. Great for 1 night, otherwise definitely choose an apartment with a balcony - very nice! Sea and beach a short distance away. Above all, the owner is very pleasant and accommodating. Thank you very much and we definitely recommend!
