To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price of the stay. The remaining amount is paid before arrival or upon check-in, as agreed. Arrival time (check-in): from 12:00 onwards. Departure time (check-out): until 10:00 a.m. in order to prepare the apartment for the next guests. If you plan to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to try to accommodate you whenever possible by prior arrangement.

The accommodation is exceptionally clean and equipped with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect - the beach is just a few steps away, making it an ideal choice for families. The view from the terrace is simply breathtaking, and it is pure pleasure to relax with a coffee by the beautiful pool after returning from the beach. We have never had a better view of the sea, the apartment is neat and clean. We were greeted with a welcome drink, the owners are very kind and always at your service for any problem. Shop, restaurant, beach, bus stop all within a few minutes walk so you practically don't need a car.

Staying at Villa Maris was a real vacation. Pleasant, with a pool and sun loungers, a beautiful view from the balcony, second row from the sea, a shop down the road... everything that someone who doesn't want to get in the car and wants to enjoy hedonism is looking for. The only thing we missed was a wardrobe, maybe a slightly larger fridge with freezer... The owners are very nice, approachable, whatever was needed they responded quickly. All praise!
