The apartments are on the 1st floor, which is accessed by a separate external staircase. Parking is provided for apartment guests, and the entrance to the facility is fenced with an automatic entrance gate. The facility is located a 5-minute walk from the sea and next to several good nearby beaches in the area, and the closest to the facility is the Sovlje Beach. The apartments have one room with a double bed, and one extra bed in the dining room. In the bedroom, there is a bedside table with lighting next to the bed, and large wardrobes. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary elements, including dishwashers. Also, the apartments have large semi-covered balconies that are facing east most of the day from dawn, so you can relax in the sun on the balconies almost all day. Payment can be made by payment to the owner's account or in cash. The advance payment for the reservation is 20% of the total amount, and it is paid by payment to the owner's account or in cash. With a 20% advance payment, the apartment is reserved 30 days before arrival. The ideal time of arrival is after 3 pm, and the time of departure is until 11 am.
Residential tax is included in price.The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival and the advance payment will be refunded. Until the free cancellation period expires, the guest is obliged to pay the full amount of the accommodation (the remaining 80% of the amount), otherwise, we will keep the advance payment, and the apartment will be offered to other guests.
