-The accommodation on the third floor is designed for one group, is suitable for families, and provides complete privacy. It is not intended for parties, and we respect the house rules, as well as other guests - The price is expressed in the total amount for both apartments, except in September, when they can be rented separately - special attention is paid to cleaning and disinfection of the space The reservation is confirmed by paying 25% of the total amount - For a stay of 14 days, the discount is 5% on the total price. - The remaining part of the accommodation price is paid upon arrival (the entire amount of the accommodation price minus the advance payment) in cash or before arrival to a bank account - The price includes the costs of current utilities, maintenance, fees, kayak and bed linen and towels. - The security deposit is 300 euros, applies only to accommodation on the third floor, and is returned upon departure - Arrival time is from 3 pm and departure is by 10 am - animals are allowed on request

Advance payment to confirm the reservation is 25% of the total amount. If the reservation needs to be canceled by the guest, the owner will publish the specified period again and put it up for sale. When the requested period is rebooked, the advance payment minus the transaction fee will be refunded in full.

One of the highlights of our accommodation is the spacious terrace where you can enjoy the sound of the waves, enjoy the sea breeze and the scents of the coastal plants. Whether you enjoy your morning coffee, dining with friends or simply indulge in quiet evenings, our terraces provide an incredibly relaxing atmosphere. For guests located on the third floor, use of a 55 m2 garage, suitable for parking, and a kayak for 2+1 people is available. The service is included in the price. For apartments on the first and second floors, there is parking along the road, and the possibility of parking in a nearby paid parking lot. The owner bears the cost of parking. Trpanj is ideal for relaxing on long promenades along the sea and discovering the sights of the old part of the town, an excellent starting point for day trips to Korčula, Dubrovnik, Mljet or the beaches of Divna and Duba. The town center with shops, restaurants, ATMs is just a few minutes' easy walk.
