Apartments Hodak are located on the promenade between Sveti Filip i Jakov and Turanj, right by the sea. Inside the courtyard there is a spacious free parking lot for cars, a barbecue and an outdoor shower that can be used at the guest's request. Each apartment is entered through a separate entrance on the outside of the stairs and has two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. Each apartment is air-conditioned, has a TV and free WiFi. The first apartment is located on the first floor of the house with a large terrace and the second on the second floor with a covered terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and nearby islands. The arranged beach is right in front of the courtyard of the building, it is quiet and suitable for children. Guests have 2 buoys for mooring speedboats at their disposal. The apartments are rented from 01. 06. to 30. 09.

Payment for the agreed vacation and final cleaning in the amount of €70 is made upon arrival and handing over the documents. In the event of damage to the apartment, it will be charged according to the value of the new item. Visits to guests and their company are not allowed. We do not accept pets inside the facility. It is mandatory to adhere to the house rules in the apartment.
Residential tax is included in price.Refunds for early departure are only given in the event of a death within the family. If the contracted holiday is cancelled after the advance payment has been made, the advance payment will not be refunded.

All praise for Mr. Hodak, always ready to help and the unobtrusive accommodation is exactly as described, neat with a beautiful view, close to the sea, beach and other amenities, a warm recommendation to anyone who decides to stay at the Hodak apartments.
Perfect view from the terrace of the sea. Pleasant host. Parking in the yard with a canopy for all guests. The yard is large enough for children to play, socialize, a covered brick barbecue with a table and benches. Those who like to shower after swimming in the sea have a shower in the yard with hot water. The apartment is neat and equipped with everything you need. We're coming again next year.
We can only say positive things about the Hodak apartment. This was the second time we stayed in the apartment and we will come back again. The view from the terrace and the location by the sea, everything was just perfect. Not to forget the very nice landlords, a solid 5 stars.

The accommodation was exactly as it was presented. We spent a beautiful ten days of peaceful vacation there in a peaceful environment. The sea is clean, close just across the road. We have been going to Croatia for a few years, it was very nice in Turanj, great accommodation, the proximity to the water is particularly worth mentioning. Communication worked great, finally also with Google translator. All in all a great vacation, nice landlady and the communication in advance was good. We'll definitely be back.

Families with young children are not desirable. Very disappointed. 2 years ago it was all, "tipi topi" Dubravka very friendly. This year, however, a catastrophe, boss Zoran behaved very rudely this year.
This is the second year in a row that we have returned to Turanj to the Hodak apartments. The apartment is clean, tidy, has everything you need, the terrace offers a beautiful sea view ... Mrs. Dubravka and Mr. Zoran are very kind, ready to help at any time. We are so pleased to be back here for another year. Pure ten!

With the Hodak family we found everything we wanted: an apartment with a terrace and a sea view, a beach in the immediate vicinity, quiet surroundings and a very friendly owner. The building is newly furnished, clean and, which is very important to us, has harder mattresses - we woke up to rest. Mrs. Dubravka immediately provided us with everything we needed. We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation and the helpfulness of the owners, so we booked a holiday with Dubravka and Zoran for next year as well.

Great location just steps to the beach and the sea. Owner, more than a great, really great family and they provide everything you need. The apartment is spacious with a large terrace outside. We are definitely coming back because you do not have such a warm relationship with the owners and a pleasant stay everywhere. I recommend the A4 apartment, where we spent 3 weeks of great holiday. Apartment very clean, equipped with all necessary items, as described in the equipment air conditioning, internet, boat mooring and very large terrace with panoramic sea view.
