Holiday house Lady is a house with a terrace, barbecue and a large fenced yard. It is located ten kilometers away from the hustle and bustle of the city and is an ideal place for a vacation. The house can accommodate 4 people plus 2 on an extra bed. It extends over the ground floor, first floor and attic. Available on the ground floor: kitchen, bathroom, living room, on the first floor: a room with a double bed and a large terrace, and in the attic: a room with two single beds. Around the house is a fenced yard of 700 square meters, where your children and pets will enjoy it. The house has two air conditioners. Parking is provided on the lot in a covered area. The house is a rustic, traditional Istrian house of our grandmothers, it was built in 1965, renovated in 2012 and 2022.

Payment and terms

Payment: Minimum 30% when booking accommodation The remaining amount a few days before arrival by payment to the account or in cash before entering the house. An additional EUR 100 deposit is payable upon arrival, which we return at the end of the holiday if everything in the house remains in order.

The house has all the necessary appliances for a longer stay: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, gas and electric stove, oven, toaster, hairdryer, mixer, iron, filter coffee machine, coffee pot, cutlery, pots , pans, plates, cups, glasses, bowls, tea towels and other necessary items. Guests staying longer than 7 nights are provided with spare clean bed linen and towels. Not far from the house there are fitness equipment, Nezactium archeological site. In the village itself there is a shop, restaurant, hairdresser, beauty salon, church, and 10 km away you can find all amenities, a large number of beaches, restaurants, etc.
