It is only 70m from the sea, and surrounded by pine trees, olive trees, various fruits and vegetables from our carefully cultivated garden. The daily rental price depends on the calendar month, and is from €100.00 to €150.00, including the residence tax. The reservation requires an advance payment via bank transfer in the amount of the daily rent, while the rest of the payment is made in cash. Check-in: 12:00 - 20:00, check-out: 11:00. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.
Residential tax is included in price.The minimum time to cancel a reservation for a refund of the advance payment is 30 days from the scheduled rental date.
