The viewpoint Korčula can be reached after about a 15-minute uphill walk above the town of Korčula. Accommodation on Korčula is best found in private lodgings, where you can enjoy the warm hospitality of island hosts who take pride in one of the most beautiful island towns in the Adriatic. Although the entire town of Korčula is an "open-air museum", the view from the viewpoint towards the Pelješac Peninsula and the sea channel is especially impressive. During the summer maestral winds, the channel fills with sailing boats, creating a truly memorable scene. The viewpoint Korčula is well worth the uphill walk, as this is where some of the most beautiful holiday photographs are taken.
