Villanada Apartments are located in a quiet street 100 meters from the sea. Each apartment has a separate entrance and its own balcony or terrace. The owners live in the same house. They are always available to guests. Going down to the sea, you will come to a cafe, boat rental and a little further the beach where there is always enough space. The house is surrounded by lush greenery, pleasant for a stay. We accept pets.

With contact with the owner, payment for the stay goes directly to the owner's account. After the reservation is agreed, an advance payment of 20% of the total price of the stay is paid. When the payment is credited to the account, the owner sends a confirmation of payment and reservation of the stay. The rest of the price is paid upon arrival at the apartment in cash or to the owner's account. The guest has no other costs except the price of the apartment. Arrivals and departures of guests can be on any day of the week. The best communication for reservations is via e-mail.
Residential tax is included in price.The advance payment is used to ensure that the owner is sure that the guest will come to the apartment. A guest who has paid an advance payment is sure that he will come to the apartment. Therefore, we do not accept refusal of arrival and refund of the advance payment. Only if the guest proves that he was prevented by some force majeure (illness, etc.) will we refund the advance payment.

The promenade along the coast leads to cafes, restaurants, shops, pastry shops, souvenir shops, a green market, a fish market and recreational facilities such as boat rentals, pedal boats, and stand-up paddle boards. There are organized boat trips for day trips to nearby islands and beaches. There are hiking, biking, and motorcycling trails around the town. Along the coast around the town, you can find various swimming locations and different types of beaches.

Wonderful hosts, very kind, they welcomed us like one of their own, everything is clean and beautifully tidy, there is absolutely everything. We were welcomed with wonderful bread and homemade pate with fruit. All recommendations, very close to the beach, the water is crystal clear.

The apartment is clean. The hosts Ivo and Nada are always available and helpful. A welcome drink was waiting for us upon arrival. During our stay, they treated us several times to baked fish, mussels, fresh homemade bread... We will definitely be back. I would give them a 10 if I could.
