The holiday house "Kaja" is located in the old, quiet part of a small Dalmatian town. It is equipped with all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay. Right next to the house there is a parking space and a shaded terrace. The house is spread over two floors, connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, a living room and a small toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet. One of the rooms has an exit to a balcony from which there is a panoramic view of the entire town. The beach is about a 10-minute walk from the house, and other facilities such as restaurants and shops are located at a similar distance.

After confirming the reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment in the amount of 30% to the bank account. The rest of the amount is paid upon arrival, in cash. The ideal arrival time is after 2:00 p.m., and the departure time is before 10:00 a.m.
Residential tax is included in price.The advance payment is returned only in the case of a justified reason for canceling the reservation (e.g. illness).
