The apartments are located 50m from the sea, both with covered terraces with a beautiful sea view! Both apartments have a private garden, separate entrance and parking space. Apartment A4 has two bedrooms + a spacious covered terrace (17m2) with 2 deck chairs + a private garden of 45m2 (with the apartment),; Apartment A2+1 has one separate bedroom + a folding bed (160x200cm) in the living room + a covered terrace (16m2) with two deck chairs. Only 7 guests stay in both apartments/houses. The apartments are located on the sunny southern side of the island of Vis, Rukavac bay, where the sea is the warmest. The island of Vis has the most sunny days in the Adriatic. Nearby are famous beaches/bays: Srebrena, Dimond beach/Tepluš (warm sea), and a long rocky coast facing the open sea/nudism/seclusion.

To reserve a date, you need to pay an advance payment of approximately 30% of the total price, and the rest is paid on the day of arrival at the accommodation. Arrival at the accommodation is from 1:55 p.m., and departure by 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure. Prices for Apartment A4 are for 2 adults and 2 children up to 18 years of age, and prices for Apartment A2+1 are for: up to 2 adults and a child up to 18 years of age (or two small children); prices for other combinations, on request. Final cleaning of the Apartment is charged 49 Euros (one-time), and cleaning for the dog is charged additionally! The owner of the apartment welcomes and sees off guests, and is at their service if necessary (24/7). We visited Croatia after about 8 years, before that Italy and Greece. I didn't want to go there at all, because I have many unpleasant and intense memories associated with holidays in Croatia. But we went for it because the island and its beaches are simply TOP. Our entrance to this accommodation started quite ingloriously. 10 minutes after arrival, my husband managed to break 4 pilsners into the parking area (such a shame). The owner behaved absolutely perfectly, for which I thank him very much! With a smile on his face, he helped us collect the disaster, and the spilled clothes (and that there were) were washed, ironed and delivered to us by the lovely Mrs. Pavić. Big thanks! The apartment was clean, tidy, spacious, equipped with functional air conditioning and Wi-Fi. For the first time in our lives, we experienced that the owner brought us a bottle of excellent fig liqueur, it was still dried figs, yum. The apartment was not overheated, as part of the property is embedded in the terrain. The balcony was phenomenal, almost no sun shines on it, so you can stay there all day and the view is simply divine!!! In the morning we went to jump on the pier (about 3 minutes on foot), the beach 5 minutes on foot. Great. The sea is clean, there are bars on the beaches, the prices are acceptable. Every morning, a car with pastries, vegetables and fruit passes through the village - the announcement can be heard from far away. Cool! The only drawback we noticed was the lack of mosquito nets for the windows, although we had "anti-mosquito" in the electricity and we were sprayed with repellants, the monsters still ate us. The local people on the island are incredibly welcoming, kind, helpful and welcoming. They greet tourists, smile, which I don't know much about on vacation. We generally felt safe on the island, what we left where we found it even in 5 hours, we often snorkeled for a long time. For me, Vis is the only place in Croatia that we would love to return to and will definitely use this accommodation.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. Rukavac is a quiet village, a few minutes' walk from two beautiful beaches. We recommend!
