Apartments Carmen are 30 m from the sea and the port, and consist of 3 accommodation units of different sizes - for 2 to 6 people (individually). The apartments are fully equipped, each with separate balconies and terraces, separate entrances, a garden and secured parking. If you want to spend your vacation on Vis and enjoy your vacation, far from the city crowd, apartments Carmen are the right place for you. Payment and terms
In order to confirm the reservation of the apartment, it is necessary to pay 30% of the full price for your accommodation period to the details of our bank account. Upon receipt of your payment, the apartment is reserved only for you at the exact time agreed upon. This amount is non-refundable in case of later cancellation of the reservation by you. Upon arrival at the apartment and check-in, you pay the rest of the full price for accommodation and any additional payments with us. In case of damage during your stay in the apartment, we reserve the right to retain the full security deposit or a smaller part of it in order to compensate for the damage caused to the apartment. Guests are asked to leave the apartment in a generally tidy and clean condition. Check in is from 14:00, and check out by 10:00 at the latest.
Residential tax is not included in price.

The daily price of the apartment includes apartment rent, water and electricity costs, all equipment in the apartment, bed linen and towels (changed once a week), tourist tax, use of air conditioning for up to 8 hours (for longer use, a tariff of 0.50 Euro/hour is calculated), use furniture on the terraces and in the garden, use of the grill, use of Wi-Fi and a parking space. Additional costs: - pet in the apartment (small only) - 20 Euro/day - security deposit (refundable) - 100 Euro/apartment and final cleaning - 40 Euro
