Tired of crowded beaches? Are you looking for peace and nature? Looking for something completely different? We offer the experience of your complete peace. In a stone building, with 4 apartments, whether for the whole group of up to 16 people, or a separate apartment for two people or a couple with a small child, for your holidays. A place where you can enjoy peace and nature. Take a walk and enjoy the views of the vineyards and olive groves, ride a bike along Parenzana, inspect the ancient Roman remains, or enjoy the nearby taverns. The minimum stay is 7 days. The house has its own parking, storage for your bicycles, kitchen, grill. The use of the swimming pool is available. The town of Markovac is located in the immediate vicinity of Poreč, which is approximately 10 minutes away by car. The price includes parking next to our family house during your stay. PS Possible purchase of local (verified) olive oil and wine, upon request.

Payment and terms
The reservation is confirmed by paying 20% of the total rental amount to the owner's bank account, Biscuits, Revolut applications or by agreement. The rest at the latest upon arrival at the facility. Guests' arrival time is after 3 pm. Check-out is from 8 am to 11 am.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
The advance payment is not returned until 10 days before the day of the agreed rental.
