Apartment with sea view, peaceful, central, ideal for families with children The ocean front apartment building Adria Mare enjoys a tranquil location directly at the sea (30 m) and offers a gorgeous view of the sea. Srima is a small tourist site, connected with the tourist centre of Vodice. Yet, our house is located in a quiet area with hardly any transit traffic. Ideal for relaxing. There are pebble and sandy beaches on site. The water in front of our house is very shallow, making it suitable for children, toddlers and non-swimmers. In total, there are 12 apartments available: ---4x Apartment Type A (2+2) persons--- ---4x Apartment Type B (2+1) persons--- ---4x Apartment Type C (2+4) persons--- The house was built in 2008, meaning it is completely new, clean and furnished in a contemporary style. All apartments offer air-conditioning and modern equipment, as well as a kitchen. Additionally, each apartment has its private, secured parking spot on our property.
