Payment and terms

For the reservation it is necessary to pay 25% of the total amount to the bank account. The rest at the entrance to the apartment. Exclusive payment in cash or to a bank account. Entrance to the apartment from 13.00, exit until 10.00.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

In case of justified cancellation 30 days before the starting day of the reservation, the full amount of the advance payment will be refunded. In case of cancellation 15-30 days we refund 50%. We do not refund the advance payment for cancellation within 15 days.
