We have been staying in this apartment for 3 years, we love it very much. The apartment has everything you need for a vacation. The family is very nice, in case of any problem they solve everything immediately, they are helpful. The apartment is very well located, everything is close by. I do not agree with the previous guest's comment, because wherever you go, there are narrow parking lots everywhere, if there is a problem with this, it can be solved immediately. I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone

Our stay in this apartment was extremely unpleasant, and the owner's attitude towards us was extremely unprofessional and discriminatory, especially since we were domestic guests. Although the advertisement stated that the apartment had secured parking, we were allocated a parking space where it was almost impossible to get out of the vehicle normally, while a better and more functional parking space was reserved for foreign guests who were not due to arrive for another nine days. Because of all this, we got the impression that domestic and foreign guests were not treated equally. Throughout our stay, we suffered from unbearable noise from the apartment above us every day – shouting, din and children constantly running around the apartment and the staircase. Despite our verbal warnings, the owner completely ignored all of this and did nothing to ensure we had a peaceful holiday. Towels and bed linen were only changed after seven days, and only at my insistence, which is completely unacceptable and below basic hygiene standards. It is especially unacceptable that the owner entered our apartment without our knowledge and without our presence in order to arbitrarily reduce the temperature of the water in the water heater. Such behavior represents a serious violation of guests' privacy. The TV had no signal and was completely unusable, and there were no basic things like a hair dryer in the apartment. An additional problem was the dog of the guests from the apartment above us, who was roaming freely on the staircase without a leash. When we returned from the city, the dog was on the staircase, growling at us incessantly and almost biting us. Despite this, neither the owner of the apartment nor the dog's owner apologized to us or showed any concern. Based on all of the above, we cannot recommend this accommodation at all. If you want a peaceful and pleasant vacation, avoid this apartment in a wide circle - especially if you are a domestic guest from Croatia.

Dear, we are sorry that you experienced your stay in this way, although we cannot agree with most of the statements in your review. We treat all our guests equally, regardless of whether they come from Croatia or from abroad. We firmly reject the claim that we discriminate against domestic guests because it does not correspond to the way we do business. We have been in tourism for more than 40 years and always strive to provide every guest with the same level of hospitality and attention. Parking spaces are allocated according to the organization of the facility, the size of the car and the possibilities at the time of arrival, and not according to the nationality of the guests. We would like to emphasize in particular that we never enter guests' apartments during their stay without a justified reason and the knowledge of the guest. Your claim about entering to regulate the boiler is not correct. We are sorry that you were disturbed by the noise from the neighboring apartment during one part of your stay. After you brought this to our attention, we immediately spoke with the guests, after which the situation calmed down. We welcome families with children to our apartments and strive to find a balance between children's play, which is a natural part of a family vacation, and the peace that all our guests expect. As for equipment, a hairdryer and a TV signal check are always available to guests upon request. If you had contacted us, we would have immediately provided you with a hairdryer and fixed the technical problem with the TV. We also have a strict rule in the facility that pets must be kept on a leash. We apologize for the unpleasant encounter on the staircase, but you should have reported it to us immediately so that we could have warned the dog's owner. We change bed linen and towels according to a pre-determined schedule, and at the guest's request, earlier when possible. We respect the right of each guest to their own opinion, but we also consider it important that the information published publicly is objective and well-founded. Despite everything, we thank you for your time and wish you all the best.

We stayed in the apartment from June 28th to July 4th and we are absolutely delighted! Everything is arranged with a lot of love, it is extremely clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect and very practical — the beach and shops are in the immediate vicinity, and the city center is not far away, which allowed us to have a relaxed and pleasant vacation without any stress. The owner is extremely warm and hospitable, she paid attention to every detail to make us feel at home. We definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone and would love to come back again!
