Payment model: The advance payment is 30% of the total agreed price of the stay, and the payment is made to the bank account of the apartment owner. The remaining 70% of the agreed price is paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. We send a confirmation of the advance payment in writing (voucher). Guests arrive after 12 noon, and guests depart by 10 am. The prices listed on the front page of the ad are the average information for 6/7/8/9 months. A2+1 apartments are from €65 to €80, and A3+1 are from €80 to €100, all depending on the period of stay, number of guests/apartment, number of days of stay, agreed reservation and payment conditions. The price includes 1 parking space for personal vehicles up to a maximum of 5m in length.
