The luxurious Villa Bachelors contains four large apartments, C1, C2, D1 and D2 Penthouse. Each of them is 140 m2 in size and has a south-facing terrace of 35 m2. All but one apartment have a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bedrooms for six people, living room with TV, three bedrooms, 3 large air conditioners, 2 bathrooms, one larger with double shower and sink. The other bathroom is standard in size. Large terraces with views of the city, sea, islands, pool and garden. The D2 Penthouse apartment enjoys spectacular views from the top floor. It has one large bathroom with double shower. Private outdoor area with two large swimming pools. Apartments C1 and C2 share one of these pools and the surrounding outdoor area with shower, toilet, sun loungers and grill house with a large table for 12 people. D1 and D2 Penthouse share the second pool with the surrounding outdoor area with shower, toilet, sun loungers, kitchen and grill house.

Terms of payment: 30% of the rental amount must be paid by bank transfer no later than 5 days after the reservation. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before arrival, the entire amount must be paid no later than 5 days after the reservation was made. If the reservation is made less than 5 days before arrival, the full amount must be paid on the day of arrival. The price includes cleaning of the apartment after departure, tourist tax and VAT. The reservation payment invoice is issued and sent by e-mail to the guest.
Residential tax is included in price.The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 30 days of arrival. If the guest does not show up ("no show"), the total price of the reservation will be charged.

We have stayed in this Penthouse apartment several times during summer. It has more than enough space for our family, high standard and equipped with everyting you need. Fantastic view from the rooftop terrace as well! Outside, you have a super pool area with an outdoor kitchen, sun chairs, toilet and shower. All you need to relax, cool down and enjoy summertime. Highly recommended!
