Payment and terms
Advance payment in the amount of 30% of the apartment price is paid at the time of booking the apartment, payment of reservations is made by bank transfer. The reservation is made by the reservation list, which we send upon request. It needs to be filled out and returned by email. When we are in possession of a completed booking form and an advance payment of 30% of the total price, we will send you a booking confirmation and a confirmation of your bank payment. Arrival time after 3 p.m. Departure time 10 hours.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
No refund up to 30 days before the date of arrival at the apartment. Reservations within 30 days before arrival at the apartment are charged 100% of the apartment, no refund. The advance payment is refunded only in special cases declared by the Republic of Croatia. In case of extraordinary circumstances, after booking the apartment we allow you to change the date of stay.
