Apartments near the sea, in the old part of Vrsar. Through the park to the pebble beach with the shade of pine trees (suitable for children) you have only 2 minutes of walk, so it is convenient to return for lunch or an afternoon break. The apartments are in a stone house surrounded by greenery and shade, but feel free to turn on the air conditioning. Parking available in the yard. Garden with barbecue for evenings of relaxation and enjoyment. There is no TV. The center of events is in the harbor or on the Pjaca (main town square) which you have only a short walk to or you can take a ride on the tourist train (a special experience for young and old) after dinner. Feel free to ask your hosts where to go for a good ice cream, treat yourself to a glass of top-quality wine or enjoy a delicious dinner. For lovers of a free FKK stay on the beach, rent a bike and go to the nearby Portosole or Koversada autocamp at a distance of 1500mm.

The location is excellent, the apartments are in an old stone house where air conditioning is not needed even at 33+! The house is on a hill and has sufficient air flow and lots of greenery. Everything is available within a 5-minute walk (even less), beach, waterfront, old town, restaurants, shops... At first glance I thought I would miss the TV, but on the contrary, it's better not to have it because it gives you more time to enjoy everything Vrsar has to offer! Thanks to the owner Tamara for all the recommendations and advice! We had a great time!

We stayed in both studios for 2 weeks in June/July. There were 4 of us. Each studio had a bedroom with 2 beds, air conditioning and fly screens on the windows. The kitchen was small but had everything you need. Refrigerator, gas stove, sink and dishes. There is also a small anteroom. We ate outside. There was a table and chairs in front of the studio. You can go shopping in town or in the large supermarket at the entrance to town. You can park at the house. The studio was very clean and tidy. Towels are in the bathroom/toilet. Nothing was missing. We didn't miss the TV. It takes 3.5 minutes from the accommodation to the lawn by the beach. There is always space on the beach. There are showers, toilets, a lawn, forest, restaurant and bar. We had very good contact with the landlady's daughter, she arranges everything. We were able to clarify everything with her via email or telephone. Many thanks to her again. We really felt very comfortable.
