The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house and offers complete privacy, peace and comfort - ideal for families with children, but also for all those who want to enjoy a carefree vacation on the Adriatic coast. About the apartment: it is located only 50 m from the sea, with a spacious terrace, it has a private sunbathing area under the terrace, a large fenced garden (approx. 200 m²) - a perfect place for children to play or have morning coffee in the shade with the chirping of birds, guests can help themselves to homemade seasonal fruit from the garden for free - juicy figs and sweet grapes, the beach is fenced and safe - away from roads and all motor vehicles, which makes it ideal for children, private parking for 2 vehicles inside the yard, fast and free WiFi, TV with over 100 channels. Just 100 m from the apartment there is a bakery with daily fresh pastries and warm bread. Pets are not allowed.

To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid, no later than 48 hours after the agreement. The remaining amount can be paid to the same bank account a few days before arrival at the apartment. Arrival time is after 2 pm (self check-in), and departure time is until 10 am. The apartment is intended for a maximum of 4 guests.
Residential tax is included in price.We do not refund the advance payment if the reservation is canceled 30 days or less before arrival at the apartment. In case of cancellation 45 days before arrival, we return 50% of the advance payment, and in case of cancellation 60 days before arrival, we return 100% of the advance payment. Overnight prices are clearly defined and apply equally to all guests. Thanks for your understanding!

Very nice apartment. Spacious with a garden, parking and a nice outdoor seating area and barbecue. Pleasant, kind and helpful hosts. A short distance from a nice clean beach. We liked it very much and will definitely come back.

Large apartment, very comfortable beds, beautiful garden, outdoor shower, barbecue... We enjoyed it. Maybe make more space in the kitchen for food, but that's just a small thing. We will definitely come again.
