CONDITIONS Using the internet, heating, electricity and gas, linen, towels, soap, detergents for dishwashing and laundry, fina cleaning are included in the rental price. Pets are allowed only with prior request. Minimum rental period is 2 days. Rent is charged per apartment. For validation of the reservation, an advance payment of 20% of the rental price, or at a minimum price of one-day rental. In case of cancellation up to 30 days before date of arrival, the deposit is returned in full. In case of cancellation within less than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit is not refundable. Down payment can be paid to our bank account, credit cards VISA and Mastercard or PayPal. The balance is paid in cash or by payment on the bank account
