The apartment has its own private entrance and a terrace with table and chairs to relax. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room and a bathroom. The price includes use of air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, TV, parking (which is right in front of the house), washing machine and dishwasher. Guests can also included in the price, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent for washing machine and dishwasher, shower gel, liquid soap, towels, bed linen and tourist tax. The apartment is located in the beautiful seaside small village Zaton only 8 kilometers away from Dubrovnik. The distance from the beach and other places for swimming, and the bus station and shops is a 5 minute walk. Loch consists of Mali and Veliki Zaton which extends seafront promenade. If you want a quiet holiday and at the same time the vicinity of Dubrovnik and its surroundings Our apartment is your choice.

Payment and terms
Payment is in Euro or Kuna, the deposit is 30% of the total cost. We charge 50 euros cleaning. Pets on request, with the authorization of the owner for a fee. Check in is at 15, 00 hours, and check out is at 10, 00 hours. This is the rule, but there is always the possibility of an agreement.
