Holiday house consists of a living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom that can be reached by stone steps on the outside of the house. The house is a terrace covered with grape vines. The house is located in Zaton Mali, which is located 8 km west of Dubrovnik. Holidays in Mali Zaton is ideal for guests who want a peaceful vacation, at the same time you can enjoy the beauty of Dubrovnik. From Mali Zaton you can easily organize day trips to nearby islands. We want the guests take care of the house as if it were theirs and to feel comfortable and enjoy your holiday to be nice to them to want to come back. Payment and terms
Reservation for 5 or 6 people negotiable. Payment is in Euro or Kuna, the deposit is 30% of the total cost. We charge 50 euros cleaning. Pets on request, with the authorization of the owner for a fee. Check in is at 15, 00 hours, and check out is at 10, 00 hours. This is the rule, but there is always the possibility of an agreement. What we expect from our guests was that apartment careful as to their and enjoy your holiday.

Loch consists of Small and Big Zaton and are connected with a beautiful seafront promenade which is 3 km long. Along the promenade there are countless places for swimming and sunbathing. In Zaton has several restaurants. Shops and bus station are located 200 meters from the house. If arriving by plane, you can rent a car at the airport or you can get a bus to Dubrovnik, the main station, where you change the bus for Zaton Mali. There is the option of taking taxi vehicles at the airport. We can arrange transportation at extra charge.
