Apartments Deveron are located on the south side of the island of Hvar, in a small fishing and tourist town Zavala. The island of Hvar is also known as the sunniest Croatian island with as many as 2715 hours of sunshine a year. Its southern side and the town of Zavala have a special microclimate suitable for people with respiratory problems (asthma, allergies). Apartments Deveron are located next to the sea (approx. 70m - first row from the sea). . During the hottest days you can enjoy the shade of the pine forest with the sound of the wind and the chirping of crickets. Within the garden there is a chimney. Nature and the environment in Zavala, in the Deveron apartments, are an ideal place for a relaxing holiday, especially for families with children, the elderly, but also for guests tired of the daily city noise and crowds. Apartments Deveron are designed as separate apartments, with separate entrance. Each apartment has one or two bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, bathroom and toilet, large terrace overlooking the sea.

Payment and terms
On the day of departure please leave the APP by 10.00 am. On the day of arrival APP is free from 14.00. The advance payment for the stay is 30% of the total amount. The beginning and end of the stay in the main season is FRIDAY. Arrival and departure out of season - by arrangement. Final cleaning 20.0 eur -30.0 eur. Additional person 10.0 - 20.0 eur / day. The reservation is considered confirmed after the advance payment in the amount of 30% has been paid. Payment for booked accommodation is made on the first day of arrival. Payment for the apartment is possible only in cash.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
The amount of the advance payment is refunded only in case of cancellation at least 30 days before arrival. In case of untimely cancellation or non-arrival of the guest, the paid advance is withheld. The guest is obliged to inform us about the change of the date of arrival or late arrival (after 21.00 h). In case of late arrival from the booked (next day), or early departure, the guest is obliged to pay the amount for the entire booking period. We advise you to take out a cancellation policy with the insurance company of your choice. The guest is obliged to report any damage he has caused, in case of damage to the property. The guest is obliged to compensate the damage. We are not obliged to bear responsibility in case of theft, accident or damage to property or persons, nor to take responsibility for damage caused by thunder, fights, fire ... We advise guests to insure their property with the insurance company. Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
