Deveron Apartments are located on the south side of the island of Hvar, in a small fishing and tourist town of Zavala. The island of Hvar is also known as the sunniest Croatian island with as many as 2715 hours of sunshine per year. Its south side and the town of Zavala have a special microclimate suitable for people with respiratory problems (asthma, allergies). Deveron Apartments are located right by the sea (approx. 70m - first row from the sea). . During the hottest times you can enjoy the shade of the pine forest with the sound of the wind and the chirping of crickets. There is a fireplace in the garden. The nature and surroundings in Zavala, in the Deveron Apartments, are an ideal place for a relaxing holiday, especially for families with children, older people, but also for guests tired of the everyday city noise and crowds. Deveron Apartments are designed as separate apartments, with an independent entrance. Each apartment has one or two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a bathroom and toilet, a large terrace with a sea view.

Residential tax is included in price.The amount of the advance payment is refunded only in case of cancellation of the reservation at least 60 days before arrival. In case of untimely cancellation or no-show, the advance payment is retained. The guest is obliged to inform us of a change in the date of arrival or late arrival (after 9:00 p.m.). In case of later arrival than the reserved date (the next day), or early departure, the guest is obliged to pay the amount for the entire reservation period. We advise you to take out a cancellation policy with the insurance company of your choice. The guest is obliged to report any damage caused by him/her in the event of damage to property. The guest is obliged to compensate for the damage caused. We are not obliged to bear responsibility in case of theft, accident or damage to property or persons, nor to assume responsibility for damage caused by thunder, hail, fire... We advise guests to insure their property with an insurance company. Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
