Registered as a three star vacation rental, the apartment has a separate entrance, two bedrooms (sleeps 4 persons max), private bath, sat TV, a small fully equiped kitchen as well as a private wrap around balcony with a panaramic view of the sea, vineyards, and the Island of Scedro, plus a private outdoor balcony area for dining. It does not have air conditioning but this stone house is cooled by the sea breeze and ceiling fans in each room. The parking for guests is in front of the house covered with ornamental grape vine for sun protection. Driving up the driveway one is faced with a huge flowering bougaville tree along side the house. Also available to the guests is use of a large stone terrace on the ground floor with a complete outdoor summer kitchen and wood-fired BBQ for grilling fish as well as a small boat to rent for snorkeling and exploration of all the hidden beaches and sea caves of the Southern Coast and Islands.
