In the beautiful little cove of Petarčica, right next to the coast, we anchored Zavala like a big white ship. From its windows and terraces, the view stops only at the horizon, while the sound of waves and wind give the feeling of sailing. The apartments are located on the seashore, near the unique pebble beach and the Petarčica cave. The house is secluded, surrounded by a pine forest. It is intended for a summer vacation for the whole family, but also for everyone who wants to enjoy nature and the clean sea. If you are a lover of untouched nature or simply want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and take a break from everything, we are here to be your second home in the summer and all year round. On the day of arrival, you can enter the apartment after 4 p.m., and on the day of departure, you can leave it until 10 a.m. Surcharge Tourist tax (10 kn/day/person and 5 kn/day/child (12-18 years), Air conditioning is optional and charged separately: 40 EUR/week. Final cleaning 40 EUR. Pets are not allowed.
Residential tax is not included in price. Booking confirmation document upon reservationThe reservation is confirmed by the payment of an advance payment in the amount of 30%. You can pay the remaining amount before or when you come to Zavala in cash or via internet banking. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards. In case of late arrival or early departure, all reserved days are charged at the normal price. In case of cancellation at least 30 days before arrival, the advance payment will be returned. We recommend that guests take out a travel insurance policy.

Rocky beach Common facilities for all guests are a barbecue with a large stone table, a grill for children and a sun deck with deck chairs. There is a covered parking lot behind the house. The apartments are surrounded by a large garden with fragrant Mediterranean plants.
