If you are looking for a place where you can really relax and enjoy the sea, welcome to Matlovac, in Ždrelac on the island of Pašman. Our apartments are located right next to the sea, literally a few steps from the beach. You don't have to carry your things to the beach or look for a parking space, you are in the sea in a few moments from the apartment, and then back in your peace and comfort. The apartments are modernly equipped, with spacious terraces and a sea view, and guests are also provided with private parking. The shallow entrance to the sea is safe for all swimmers, especially the youngest ones. The sea is adorned with a beautiful sandy bottom, ideal for carefree swimming and enjoying picigin. The beach is surrounded by a beautiful pine forest. There are two beach bars nearby, and it only takes 7 minutes of easy walking to the center of Ždrelac. Coffee on the terrace in the morning with a view of the sea, swimming whenever you want, a little rest on a deck chair, and a leisurely walk along the sea in the evening. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers and a jacuzzi, and for a pleasant start to your holiday, we have prepared a welcome drink. For lovers of active holidays, we have provided SUP boards and kayaks, which are completely free for our guests to use. You can explore the coast, enjoy the sea or simply go for a short ride whenever you want. For the youngest, there is a special corner for children, a safe and fun place to play and socialize. There is also a summer kitchen with a barbecue, a common area ideal for preparing meals, socializing and enjoying summer evenings. There are two beach bars nearby, one of which offers excellent food. It takes only 7 minutes to walk to the center of Ždrelac, where there are two restaurants, a bar, a shop, a bakery and a fish market.

We had a wonderful holiday in the apartment, which offers everything you need on vacation. The hosts are very friendly and always helpful. In addition to the fact that the apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the sea and the beach, there is also a swimming pool and jacuzzi and quite a few games for children, as well as kayaks and sups. The apartment is located in a quiet location, but you can also spend your holiday actively, as there are many opportunities for cycling and walking on the island.

Our stay was truly wonderful and the apartment exceeded our expectations. The hosts are extremely friendly, helpful and hospitable, always ready to help. The apartment is perfectly decorated and especially suitable for families with children. The children especially enjoyed the pool, while the adults were able to relax in the jacuzzi. The proximity to the beach, which is only a short walk away, is also a big plus. The location is quiet and pleasant, and the apartment offers everything you need for a carefree family vacation. The pool, jacuzzi, proximity to the sea and friendly hosts created the perfect combination for a relaxing vacation. A warm recommendation to anyone who wants a quality vacation in a beautifully decorated, tidy and air-conditioned apartment. The holiday home is located near the beach in a beautiful bay with a completely sandy bottom and a gentle approach - the sand is fine, soft and of natural origin. While staying here, you can witness spectacular sunrises and sunsets, walk or cycle for kilometers along the coast, and swim in the clear sea. The exceptionally friendly and welcoming hosts have provided their guests with deck chairs, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and the use of SUP boards. They have created an oasis for their guests to which they happily return every summer!

We had a wonderful week's holiday; the accommodation is perfectly located by the sea, all terraces have sea views, and there's a lovely garden for relaxing. The apartments are spacious, air-conditioned, and equipped with everything you need. By the way: The seabed in the bay is made of fantastic sand! Perfect for walking barefoot.
