Island Hvar - 2718 sunny hours per year

If there is a place on Earth where Helios, the great Greek God of Sun, rests his flaming horses which drag his golden coach across the sky, it would be this island, Hvar.

It is the most sunny island in Croatia and, according to many, one of ten most beautiful islands of the world.
