Dear guests, if you want to escape from urban everyday life, you are in the right place! The house is located in the Kornati National Park. It is located 2 meters from the sea in a quiet cove. It consists of a kitchen, a bathroom and one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. There is a spacious terrace and barbecue in front of the house. What best describes this location is peace and quiet. Nature and the sea are everywhere around you. Everything is solar-powered (12 V) and the only electrical equipment you have is a radio. The house has an outdoor and an indoor shower. Water is rainwater, so we recommend using it sparingly, and we recommend purchased water for drinking. The bay is covered by mobile signal. Pets are allowed and we charge them €5 per day. If you are a lover of nature and your dream is to wake up to the sound of waves, drink coffee in peace and quiet, far from people and problems, Lupeška Vala is the ideal place for you. Since the house is located on an island, the weather is of great importance and the day of departure can be changed if the weather is not suitable for driving. After the guest confirms the reservation, the owner draws up a reservation contract with all the necessary information: contact, advance payment amount and payment method. The advance payment is paid to the owner's account. The rest of the payment on the day of arrival. In case the guest does not pay the advance payment on time (usually one to two months), the reservation is cancelled.
Residential tax is included in price.Cancellation conditions are flexible. The full amount of the advance payment is returned if canceled up to 3 months before the agreed date. The advance payment can also be counted for the next reservation/season. 50% of the advance payment is returned if canceled one month before.
