The house (total 40m2 + 15m2 gallery) consists of a main room with kitchen, dining room and living room, small bathroom, one bedroom and a gallery. Bijela Lučica Bay on the island of Kornati is about 20 nautical miles from the residence of the host (Murter), so there is a need to transport guests by boat. Departure by speedboat is from Murter where you can safely and free of charge park your car in front of the host family house. Speedboat transport is charged additionally, € 400 for both directions (Murter-Kornati-Murter). The voyage usually starts earlier in the morning and lasts about 1h. Guests come to Murter, where they can buy groceries and supplies. Upon arrival on the Kornati, the host cleans and prepares the house for new guests, after which he transports the previous guests back to Murter. Preparation can take up to 3 hours. Pets are not allowed.
Residential tax is included in price.The nearest restaurants are located in the neighboring bays: Kravljačica (distance 1.8 NM) and Šipnate (distance 1.5 nautical miles) and on the neighboring island of Levrnaka (distance 1.5 NM). The nearest store is located in the bay Vrulje, 3 NM south. With the announcement a day in advance, it is possible to deliver fresh food and supplies, but it is charged 20 euros per delivery. There is a possibility to buy fresh fish from local fishermen in the bay Lučica. If you plan to come by your own boat, you will have a free berth for your boat in front of the cottage.
