Villa Spider for 8 persons is located on the island of Zizanj (just behind Pasman) and is 30 minutes away from the Kornati National Park. The land is 4500 m2 in size and offers the possibility of an exclusive and romantic holiday for tourists who love peace, tranquility and privacy. The first neighbor is about 400 meters away. There is a private stone beach with a private jetty, and for children and non-swimmers there is a smaller seawater pool and a large straw umbrella. The house has 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 4 single beds, and a living room with a sofa bed. The house has solar electricity that supplies 2 refrigerators and running water from the tank. The rustic walled kitchen is connected to the living room where the fireplace is located. On the large covered terrace is a table for lunches and cards. An outdoor barbecue is located on one of the 4 terraces.

To confirm the reservation, a 50% advance payment of the total amount should be paid. A deposit of EUR 300 is taken on arrival and will be returned on the last day if the house is left in a clean and undamaged condition. The price is for 8 people - each person is extra paid 10 euros a day more. Dogs are allowed for an extra charge of 10 euros per day, but with prior arrangement.
Residential tax is not included in price.-

Rocky beach The rental price includes transportation to and from the island. Possibility of daily excursions to Kornati (which are 30-45 min drive) and trips to the mainland. Parking is in Pakoštane (on a chargeable city parking lot) or in our parking lot. There is a possibility of delivering food to you by market boat.
