This lovely house directly on the sea is placed on the island of Pasman, in the bay Krusevica. Island of Pasman is only about 2 km away from the mainland. This house is not accessible by car, boat transfer is done from Biograd (on the mainland). You leave your car on a free and secure parking in Biograd. Transfer to the house once upon arrival and back once upon departure is free of charge. Groceries supply is organized once a week. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and an a couch for two in the living room, so this house may accommodate up to 4 persons. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, with your recharger that you also use in your car.Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency, because the transfer and the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night.

- Registration fee - once, on arrival, 1,50 EUR per person - Check-in from 08:00, check-out until 09:00 - Pets welcome, on request and against a surcharge of EUR 5.00 per day per pet. After we receive your booking confirmation, we will send you an invoice for payment in advance with all necessary information for making payments to our bank account. To make a reservation you need to pay a deposit of up to 50%, and the balance is to be paid on arrival. The full amount can be paid immediately upon receipt of invoice as well. Payment can be made directly to the bank account or by credit card online. The remainder to be paid upon arrival regrettably can not be paid by a credit card.

Rocky beach The kitchen has cutlery and crockery, a stove and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. Electricity is solar, 12 V, for lighting. Running cold water from a water tank of 18.000l capacity is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. The tank is originally filled with tap water, but it is staying in the tank in hot weather, so it should be boiled before drinking. Usually guests bring bottled water for drinking. The toilet is flushed with sea water. The outside shower has its own reservoar. Bed linens are prepared for you, fresh will arrive once a week. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driver's license).
