The stone house is located on the island of Brač, near Pučišće. It is located in the middle of olive groves and orchards on a hill called Crni rat. The grounds are fenced on 12,000 square meters, which is ideal for recreation and pets. We guarantee privacy and a break from everyday life. The distance from Pučišće is 8 km, where you can find everything you need (restaurants, beaches, shops, pharmacy, post office, stonemasonry school and souvenir shops, etc.). There are two natural beaches nearby that are not visited by many people, so they are almost private. The house has a water tank of 30 m3 and a solar system of 2 kW. Electric energy is enough to charge all your smart devices, to operate the refrigerator,..., it is ideal for escape and peace. Free Wi-Fi, speed from 20 to 50 Mbps. Payment and terms

For easier navigation and agreement, send me a message via Whats app or Viber. I also respond to e-mails as soon as possible. Payment for overnight stays is made upon arrival at the house. Advance payment is 40% of the reservation price. In case of cancellation, the advance payment is returned, and 28 days before arrival the advance payment is not returned. Arrival time (check in) is from 5 pm to 8 pm Departure time (check out) until 10 am

Cancellation policy
