These reviews can only have been written by the owner himself. No matter what you ask beforehand, the lady tells you everything you want to hear, but none of it is true. As directions, you get a photo of a shell building, where you should turn and follow the road. After writing to her for two hours, saying that you can't find the shell, she finally gets a text saying that the house was finished long ago and doesn't look the same anymore. Her guests aren't even worth taking a current photo of the house. They pick you up by boat with your belongings. You get a small wheelbarrow and have to push all your luggage and shopping along a bumpy stone path in 34-degree heat. The motorboat we rented doesn't exist, so I'm supposed to take the rowboat; it wouldn't hurt me anyway. There are no umbrellas or loungers on the beach. When you ask for one, since you can't use the beach otherwise in this heat, you're told to stay indoors in the shade. We have one gas bottle for two houses, but for four days now it hasn't been possible to get us a second one. They promise you everything you want to hear, and once you're here and have paid, you can't expect anything more from the owners. We still had dirty dishes from last year's guests in the kitchen, and our neighbors even had food from last year's guests in the fridge. It doesn't matter whether the guests feel comfortable here, can use the beach or at least have gas for cooking. It's such a beautiful house, but it's all about ripping people off.

I am sorry for your poorly spent annual vacation and general dissatisfaction. Namely, the ad has been on this page for 12 years and we have never had similar complaints. The property has permanent guests who return every year and so far we have only had words of praise. When you arrived at the house, there were 3 staff members, Mr. which receives guests and two cleaners. I was informed immediately that the guests who came were rude, quarrelsome, conflicted and that they had a Stafford dog for fighting, without a muzzle, and that it could be a problem for the children in the neighboring house. I left you a day or two for adjustment before payment. I asked you if you want to stay or go. You yourself decided to stay and pay. Namely, the Robinson type of accommodation does not suit everyone and is not for everyone. Our guests mostly come by boat and are nature lovers, they know how to navigate alone in space and they don't mind details. You could have said that you were not satisfied with the comfort and I would have directed you to the nearby Hilton hotel, 20 km from home. I would not have charged you anything, everyone has the right to their own choice.

We spent again amazing time in this house. If you are looking for quiet, relaxing time out of tourism but you still need to get back to civilization (30 minutes drive), good choice. Just few steps from the sea, easy access to the water, nice \"Hawaian style umbrella\" gives you shade during staying at the sea. And if you want to enjoy cold drink from the fridge, you need just 30 seconds to pick it up from the fridge. I recommend to agree with the owner arrival to next bay (Zizanj) and use local \'s restaurant pier to move your bags from car by owner \'s boat and use this way to get from the closest ground to the house. Means you will need to carry bags in your hands just 50m. Big advantage of outdoor shower - you will do not need to use the indoor one, nice to take shower outside and watch the sea. 2nd recommendation - use the gas fridge only otherwise you will be struggle with electricity, but it is big enough to store all the food needs to be stred in cold. Owner very friendly and helpful. If you like activities - bring something like a (sup board) or a mountain bike for nice morning ride through the island. Bike can be used also for going to Tkon for shopping.

In June me and my husband opted for Robinson holidays. We decided on the island of Pasman and the large offer of selected houses, robinson viila with private beach, we decided on the basis of a proper description and the pictures on their website. The first contact with the owners was very friendly and it was difficult to determine the date of departure. Everything went as we agreed. Traveling by car across the island is otherwise clever and tolerant driver, but we had no major problems. In the bay, where we parked the car, we were transported by boat owners to the house. Then they started holiday house in Bay Žinčena offers all the comfort to spend a nice time. The bay in which to stop for a few days hustle and bustle of everyday life.
