The house is located on the island of Žut in the bay Dragišina, where there are three restaurants, and in the neighboring bay there is a marina. The ground floor has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other has two single beds), toilet, kitchen, terrace and barbecue. It is equipped with electricity at 220 volts and hot water has been introduced. The whole house is powered by a solar system, it also has an internet connection. On the first floor there is another apartment, also with two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen, and an extra bed. It is rented at an additional cost according to the needs of guests.

Transfer to the house and back is organized by boat (no public transport), the price of transfer in both directions is 150 €. Parking space is provided by the owner of the house in Murter. There is a possibility of renting a speedboat for 4-6 people, at a price of 130 € per day without fuel. It is possible to rent a dinghy with a 4 hp engine, and the price is 30 euros per day, fuel is not included in the price.
