The newly built holiday house "Levina" is located in an oasis of greenery and peace, a perfect place for relaxation and enjoyment. It is decorated in a country style. It is located 10 m from the sea in the bay. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea. The bay is full of greenery, it is tucked away, you will feel separated from the world, overwhelmed by peace and beauty. There are only a few other houses in the bay. The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a balcony with a beautiful view and an outdoor terrace with a grill. The house is equipped with a portable air conditioner and a fan. Figuratively speaking, water on the island is gold, so it must be used rationally. The water comes from natural springs, rainwater. The water is not for drinking, it can be used for showering and washing. Top restaurants, ACI Marina and a market are located in the neighboring bay. You have about a 20-minute walk along the rocks or by boat to get there. You are literally located at the entrance to the Kornati National Park. It is best to buy groceries and drinking water at the port of departure.

Accommodation can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday, due to the organization of cleaning and transfer. To reserve accommodation, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required. After visible payment, your appointment is booked. The ideal day of arrival and departure is Sunday. If we provide you with a transfer, the departure port is Murter, departing in the morning, departing from Žut no later than 2 p.m. Due to the change of guests on the same day, it is necessary to wait 2-3 hours for the accommodation to be cleaned. You can use this time to walk around the island or swim and sunbathe.

The location and the house are great. I can say it's a very comfortable Robinson because the house is practically new and very nicely furnished... the photos are what awaits you. For a small backup option, you have a 15-minute paddle boat ride to the shop in the marina or a 700m walk along the coast along the rocks, and there's already a path. There are 6 houses in the bay, but this is the only one for rent and we were alone. You even have hot water in the shower and paddle... in short, everything you need and very nice, friendly owners who bring you to the location with a fast boat.
