This blue-green beauty with many lakes extensions and waterfalls arises from two rivers (Primisljanska Mreznica and Zagorska Mreznica) that are connected in Sastavci. The 64 km long water course offers numerous beaches, waterfalls and ancient mills. The most popular are those in Sastavci, Generalski Stol, Zvecaj, Mihalic Selo, Galovic Selo, Brig and Duga Resa. The river Mreznica abounds in freshwater river fish, crabs and sources of drinking cold water. It is ideal for fishing, rafting and swimming. Enjoy a bike ride along the river or relax in peace and fishing. Spend a day in nature walking in the woods or go to the nearby spa and look around the medieval fortress. We recommend visiting the Multimedia center of fairy tales in Ogulin.

Great place. Staying in a cottage Eva was our second visit to Croatia and I am convinced once again how beautiful this country is and how great the people living there. House, is a real, rustic, characteristic of the region in building (equipped with all the facilities necessary for modern man.), Clean, cozy - great. Mreznica - is a very clean river, spent in the water and on the shore a lot of hours, swimming, splashing and observing animals living in and around the water. On the other hand it is a convenient place for trips in the near and more distant area: from Zagreb, the Plitvice Lakes, and is as visited. At the end - many thanks to Eva, for your help - we received a lot of informants, maps, guides that helped us make the most of two weeks spent with her, and for us it is very important.
