Holiday house "U Mlinu" - In Millhouse is located an hour's drive from Zagreb, near the cities of Kutina, Lipik, Daruvar, Novska. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the first settlement. The property on which the house is located is large and spacious. In the yard, there is a lake, a small bridge, a sawmill and a mill that give a touch of tradition to the whole location, although the decoration of both the external and internal spaces is made as a combination of modern and traditional. In the immediate vicinity of the holiday home is the Pakra river - about 30 meters from the house. The interior design is made as a warm, cheerful and pleasant space for hanging out with friends or family gatherings. The house is equipped with the necessary household appliances, the bathroom also has basic necessities (paper, towels, hair dryer). The rooms also have bed linen, blankets and places to store clothes.

Payment and terms

Payment models: 40% advance payment of the entire reservation amount must be paid at the time of reservation, and the rest on the day of arrival. PAYMENT MODEL DESCRIPTION: Down payment for the house - date of arrival and departure. Arrival is possible after 2 pm and departure by 11 am. For all additional options, we can see according to our other reservations.
Residential tax is not included in price.

Cancellation policy

If you do not cancel the reservation 3 weeks earlier, we will not refund the amount paid. If you make a reservation within 3 weeks before arrival and cancel the reservation 7 days before arrival, we will return 50% of the amount. If you do not cancel the reservation 7 days earlier, we will not return the amount paid.

The property on which the holiday home is located offers the possibility of studying traditional crafts, enjoying the lake/fishing, walking along the river. Upon your arrival, you will definitely be greeted with a welcome drink and a few other little things. Also what we recommend to visit in our vicinity is: Nature Park Lonjsko polje - Nasalja Krapje, Čigoć, Muzilovčica. If you are more of a mountaineer, then Omanovac Mountain Lodge near Pakrac and Moslavačka Gora near Kutina. For those who prefer to enjoy themselves with animals, we recommend the Lipik State Stud. If you just like to relax, the Daruvar thermal baths and the Lipik thermal baths and the Aquae Ballissae water park are nearby. Furthermore, we recommend that you definitely try some of the Moslavina wines, especially Škrlet, for which Moslavina is famous, and some of the Slavonian delicacies, because the house is located on the very border of Moslavina and Slavonia.
