The villa is located in a very quiet village Grabovac, where you can have an absolute peaceful & relaxing holiday with everything being only a 15-20 minutes drive. Villa Olka is surrounded by mountains and has fantastic sunsets. Villa Olka accommodates up to 12 guests. 6 en-suite rooms with queen size beds, each room has TV and phone. Guest cottage with en-suite room on the first floor while the ground floor has a top-notch original Dalmatian tavern. Terrace with barbecue facilities accommodates up to 25 people and is also suitable for outdoor meetings. Entertainment area in the attic comes with own bar, sound system and poker table. Possibilities to make own wine – harvesting and preparation, as well as tasting. Privacy, ambiance, mild temperature during summer, easy accessibility from the highway.

The guest have on disposal one more house, the restaurated object, once used for drying meat, and now it contains a great fireplece, a baker's oven and a room with a bathroom.
