The house is brand new with a modern, high-quality renovation.
Very comfortable for 6 people: a large kitchen-living room with a sofa on the ground floor and 2 separate bedrooms with private bathrooms on different floors. For maximum comfort, there is everything you need and even more: a sauna, a mini gym, a BBQ area, private parking, and a shop nearby.
The house is located on a hill, so the panoramic windows and the pool offer an absolutely stunning sea view! The beach is about 300 meters away down the stairs: walking down is easy, coming back up is a bit tough, but it is 100% worth it!
The hosts are extremely welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with anything.

We were warmly welcomed by the owners, Diana and Marino, who showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed.
The villa has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable holiday, including a fully equipped kitchen, and even more. Everything is well thought out and makes you feel right at home.
The highlight for us was definitely the amazing sea view. Every morning we woke up to the beautiful view of the sea, and every evening we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets.
It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy time with friends and simply slow down. We would definitely recommend Holiday Home Sime to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful place to stay.
