A family house for vacation located in a quiet, elevated position next to the beach, which comes through its own garden decorated with Mediterranean plants. The holiday house consists of a large living room and dining room (30 m2), TV / SAT, air conditioning. Equipped with a three seater, 2 armchairs, (all stretched). From the living room you come out to a huge balcony with beautiful sea and garden views. The fully equipped kitchen is also on the first floor as well as a large bathroom with a toilet and a washing machine. On the 2nd floor there are 4 bedrooms (15m2). Three south-facing bedrooms provide a magnificent view of the open sea and exit to the large terrace (30 m2). All rooms are individually furnished with a French bed (160x200 cm) and are air conditioned. The fourth room is parked and is conceived as a baby with two singles beds and access to its own balcony (4 m2). On this floor there is a large bathroom with toilet. The house has an exterior walled grill and parking on the plot (3-4 cars).
