This newly renovated holiday home is located in a tourist village Valbandon, only 800m from the beautiful beaches. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining room, living room, bathroom, bedroom and another little kitchen. On the first floor of the house there are four bedrooms with private bathrooms. One bedroom has its own terrace and the remaining three have access to a shared terrace. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV. From the living room comes to the covered terrace in front of which runs the 8x4 size pool. The courtyard is completely fenced and maintained, guests can also have an outdoor grill for a pleasant dinner with various delicacies. Play table football or darts at the backyard.
